This whimsical, contemporary series is inspired by various other modern abstract portrait artists that I have admired over the years. These portraits bring me into a realm of creativity that is both methodical and exhilarating. These portraits are meant to challenge the viewer as they have challenged me as an artist. I believe that the genius behind such artists as Picasso, Francis Bacon, Dali, or George Condo is that they gave people of the world a new way to view themselves.
